Vermeer Tower (Delft)

The Vermeer Tower – named after the 17th century master painter Johannes Vermeer – is a residential building rising to a height of 75 metres and marking the entrance to the city of Delft. This 23-storey building accommodates 66 apartments in the top section and a community centre, a healthcare centre (with a GP practice, physiotherapist and pharmacy) and a covered car park in the bottom section (first two storeys). For this project, Merford supplied and installed three transformer doors and a protective ventilation grille, as well as a facade grille (type Duco) for the roof-top plant room.
